Chateau La Louvire Pessac -Leognan Blanc 2015 singlemalt It is sweetened with agaveSauvignon Blanc & Semillon 12months in barrique, battonage periodically. A bottle that says, "you're not drinking enough white bordeaux!" Aromas of citrus and stone fruit (apricot and peaches) with subtle minerality, the palate is well structure and fresh, full of yellow fruits, almond and some subtle oak influences. Can age but can you wait?
