This chain binder will fit both 5 16" and 3 8" Grade 70 chains. Capacity limits are printed directly on the chain binder. Binders are painted in a red coating to resist corrosion and harsh weather conditions. It is also heat treated to improve strength and durability. The ratchet mechanism on the binder makes it easy to pull the chain tight. This allows you to
