The youngest Rye in the bottle is aged six months

What started as a passion for making things by hand

Notes of orange peel and blackcurrant that move to deeper richer notes including dark chocolate and bitter almond with a heavy oak influence in the background

but 2012 saw the heat towards the end of the growing season

this piece of distilling history was moved to the Diamond Distillery along with stills from other producers and it’s still producing rum to this day
