Second day: much less interesting but still great

The grapes are pressed gently by pneumatic press and then are allowed to settle and clarify before undergoing fermentation in stainless steel

in character it is more akin to a vintage wine that needs some time on cork

The robust and full-bodied flavors don't appear to have budged much since my initial review as the supporting tannins are still notably firm on the wonderfully long
