It has a sweet, bread like texture similar to panettone. The dough is enriched with single origin chocolate drops, Mananara vanilla from Madagascar and a blend of fine spices which give the cake its unmistakable aroma and flavour. Its covered in sweet icing and garnished with almonds and granulated sugar. The Veneziana dates back to the 15th
