Crafted from 8 year old agave Espadn using ancestral methods, this high quality mezcal respects Amars' holistic "From seed to Sip" cycle, produced by mezcalero Doroteo Garcia in Tlacolula, Oaxaca. The agaves are slow roasted in underground conical stone ovens using ocote, holm oak, and
