18 months in 33% new barriques

this Nebbiolo is de-stemmed (not crushed) and undergoes a 25-day native-yeast maceration in stainless-steel tanks

is in organic conversion since 2020 and is within walking distance of the cellar

but realistically the fog influence on Napa and Sonoma in the last few  dry years has been very minimal :/) But is a lesson for me
